Arc Kivat is the transformation device and partner to Kamen Rider Arc. Arc Kivat is a mechanical Kivat created by the Legendorga for their leader to assume his rider form. When Kamen Rider Arc uses the Wake Up Fuestle (which resembles Rey's Key Fuestle in the movie), Kamen Rider Arc transform to Legend Arc and Arc Kivat also assumes Mecha Kivat (メカキバットMeka Kibatto) mode as his persona cast comes off and yells, "Go to Hell."
