Kamen Rider Wiki

In certain Kamen Rider Series, particularly those of the Heisei Era Phase 2 period, the action figure line accompanying each series grants one or more Riders from that series a unique form or forms that they do not use in the series or any other media, usually by expanding the Rider's gimmick further than the show itself.

The possibility of these forms being accessed by the Riders in the reality of their respective shows varies: from hypothetical scenarios which should be possible but didn't appear in the show due to the expense of a vast number of forms appearing (i.e., the various Arms Changes from Kamen Rider Gaim) to impossible due to certain factors resulting in incompatibility (like Random Combos involving the Purple Core Medals in Kamen Rider OOO).
