Template:Villaininfo Great Boss of Neo-Shocker (ネオショッカー大首領, Neo Shokkā Dai Shuryō): A giant dragon who is the leader of the Neo-Shocker organization. Destroyed in the destruction of the oxygen bomb explosion by the combined efforts of all previous Kamen Riders.
He is yet another incarnation of the Great Leader.

Portrayal
As with most incarnations of the Great Leader, the Great Boss of Neo-Shocker was voiced by Gorō Naya (納谷 悟朗, Naya Gorō).

- In the novel Kamen Rider Eve -Masked Rider Gaia-, his congeneric species is The Great Leader's mount.
- This novel also mentions his hometown was Dark-Nebula B-26.
