Yoshitada Ōtsuka (大塚 芳忠, Ōtsuka Yoshitada), also known by the his stage name Hōchū Ōtsuka (大塚 芳忠, Ōtsuka Hōchū), is a Japanese voice actor, affiliated with the talent management firm Crazy Box. He is the official Japanese dub-over artist for: Gary Oldman and Jean-Claude Van Damme.

He is best known for his roles as the voices of Jiraiya in Naruto, Yazan Gable in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, SignalMan in Gekisou Sentai Carranger and Imagin Deneb in Kamen Rider Den-O.
