Harumi Kusanami (草波 ハルミ, Kusanami Harumi)[note 1] is a clerk at the Tani Motor Shop. She has a younger brother, Ryo Kusanami, and a close friend, Masako Mizunuma. Her specialty is unicycle. She has feelings for Kazuya, and cooperates with him to fight Dogma and Jin Dogma[note 2]. In episode 13, she is approaching her coming-of-age ceremony[note 3]. She later becomes the captain of the Junior Rider Team and takes command of the team. Until the final episode, Harumi doesn't know that Kazuya is Super-1.

SPIRITS[]
In Kamen Rider SPIRITS, Harumi is a woman who serves as the captain of the Junior Rider Team and supports Super-1 with Masako Mizunuma, the vice-captain. She is madly in love with Kazuya, but when Kazuya and Yoshitsune start fighting together despite the emergency, she expresses jealousy, and when it comes to Kazuya, she often speaks and acts without seeing her surroundings, and is often shunned. From such a part, Ruriko Midorikawa is very ironic. On the other hand, there are many opportunities for success.
In Part 1, she was delighted to reunite with Kazuya, who survived the fierce battle in space. Without falling into the mental control of Badan Syndrome in Part 2, in Part 3, all the Junior Riders are heading to Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, to support Super-1, which is fighting against Jin Dogma. Perhaps because she has met successive Riders in the movie in the past, it seems that she is also acquainted with Keisuke Jin, who met for the first time in this work.
