Hyper Zecter

The Hyper Zecter (ハイパーゼクター, Haipā Zekutā) is an armament allowing Kamen Riders Kabuto and Gatack to access Hyper Form. Additionally, it is also used by those two and Caucasus to Hyper Clock Up, a faster version of Clock Up that also allows the wearer to travel through time. For unknown reasons, Caucasus does not gain a Hyper Form by using this Zecter.
In order to initiate the transformation into Hyper Form, the Hyper Zecter is placed on the left pad of the Rider Belt (which used to be a Clock Up pad) horizontally with its "horn" pointing forward, then turned 90 degrees clockwise so that the "horn" is pointing up. After turning the Zecter upright, the user pushes the horn lever down once to initiate the Hyper Cast Off (ハイパーキャストオフ, Haipā Kyasuto Ofu) command in order to assume the powered Hyper Form, new armor growing on top of and from the Rider Form armor. Pressing the red circle button on the Hyper Zecter initiates the Hyper Clock Up (ハイパークロックアップ, Haipā Kurokku Appu) command. Pushing the horn lever once again will initiate Maximum Rider Power (マキシマムライダーパワー, Makishimamu Raidā Pawā), which is used to charge its Rider Kick Finisher.
During Maximum Rider Power, in the case of Kabuto, pressing the buttons on the Kabuto Zecter's "legs" in order (1-2-3) and flipping the horn to its original position allows the user to charge his Hyper Kick until he pulls its horn back across its "body" to initiate the Hyper Kick (ハイパーキック, Haipā Kikku), or in the case of Gatack, pressing the oval button on the Gatack Zecter's "abdomen" three times and returning the horns to their original position allows the user to charge his Hyper Kick until he turns its horns once again to initiate his own Hyper Kick. Despite the Riders speaking "Hyper Kick" when triggering the finisher, their Zecters still only announce "Rider Kick".
The Hyper Zecter is also capable of traveling through time, allowing it to survive its own destruction in its debut episode, and summon two of itself in the Hyper Battle Video.

Portrayal
As with all the Zecters, the Hyper Zecter's voice is provided by Surage Gajria (スラージ・ガジリア, Surāji Gajiria).
Errors
- When Caucasus uses Hyper Clock up he pushes the right pad on his belt instead of pressing the red button on the Hyper Zecter, however this error was fixed in the video game.
