Kamen Rider OOO
Kamen Rider OOO may refer to any the following characters.
Combos
After Eiji inserts three Core Medals into the OOO Driver, he scans them with the O Scanner, and then holds the O-Scanner up to his chest, he transforms into Kamen Rider OOO. Like Kamen Rider Double before him, OOO has multiple combinations of forms he can access referred to as Combos (コンボ, Konbo).

Each aspect of a combination of Core Medals gives OOO different powers and weaknesses. In a fight, if a particular section of OOO receives a significant amount of damage, the power of that section will be disrupted. If it takes further damage, the power will cut off completely and the section's corresponding Medal will be forcefully ejected from the OOO Driver, canceling the transformation.
In addition, full Combos (that is, three from the same set) are incredibly taxing on Eiji's body, as they embody the full power of the corresponding Greeed. Fatal fatigue is risked when using more than one full combo (as first seen in episode 15). However, Eiji has developed a resistance over time, as he were capable to using all of the combos at his disposal and their individual Scanning Charges (スキャニングチャージ, Sukyaningu Chāji) in quick succession. Whenever a Scanning Charge is announced, Eiji will proclaim "Seiya" (セイヤ) seconds before the opponent is defeated.
Except for the Tatoba, Tamashii, Super Tatoba, and the Complete Selection Modification exclusive Combos, the only combinations referred to as "Combo" are those of a single color. Mixed color combinations are referred to as Random Combos (ランダムコンボ, Randamu Konbo).
Tatoba Combo

Tatoba Combo (タトバコンボ, Tatoba Konbo), also known as the Multi Combo (複数コンボ, Fukusū Konbo), is the main combination that is always used by Kamen Rider OOO using the Taka, Tora, & Batta Core Medals. As Tatoba Combo, OOO is armed with the Tora Claw gauntlets, and can transform his legs into Batta Legs to reach enemies that are out of his reach, such as ones that can fly. This combo is also the most balanced in speed and power. This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Tatoba Kick (タトバキック, Tatoba Kikku), where after jumping high up through the Batta Legs, OOO descends with a drop kick through the three rings that are formed, which are in the primary colors of the Taka, Tora, and Batta Medals which surround him in auras depending on the Core Medals. When passing through the red ring representing the Taka Medal, he is surrounded in a red veil with wings, the yellow ring representing the Tora Medal gives an aura with claws, while the green ring representing the Batta Medal gives an aura with legs. Like the True Tatoba Combo, the standard Tatoba also can dual-wield the Medajalibur and the Medagabryu, as seen in The Shogun and 21 Core Medals.
Tatoba with Purple Eyes
- Eiji transformed into the Purple-Eyed Tatoba Combo (パープルアイドタトバコンボ, Pāpuru Aido Tatoba Konbo) when Doctor Maki has transfered one of his purple Core Medal into Eiji's body, turning him into a mindless monster. He then made a mad dash for the OOO driver. Upon strapping it on, the signature telekinesis of the purple Medals scanned the Taka Tora and Batta Medals, transforming him into a Tatoba Combo under the influence of the Dinosaur Medals, hence the purple eyes. This form was used only once to attack Ankh for a brief period after said transformation. After that Doctor Maki transfers another purple Core Medal, cancelling Eiji's Rider transformation and forcing him to mutate into the Eiji Greeed (映司グリード, Eiji Gurīdo).
- After absorbing a vast amount of Cell Medals, Eiji uses the King's Core Medals which Kougami gave him to transform into a more powerful version of Tatoba Combo, variably referred to as the Ultimate Tatoba Combo (究極のタトバコンボ, Kyūkyoku no Tatoba Konbo) and the True OOO (真のオーズ, Shin no Ōzu)". In this state, OOO's power has increased to the point of momentarily surpassing the purple Core Medals, allowing him to dual wield the Medajalibur and the Medagabryu, as well as defeat a complete Greeed with the Tatoba Kick. However, because Eiji absorbed the Kougami Foundation's immense store of Cell Medals while still having the Purple Cores within his body, these Medals shattered, and the True Tatoba Combo was lost.
Tatoba Combo's ending theme is entitled "Regret nothing ~Tighten Up~".

Takatorartar (タカトラーター, Takatorātā) is a red/yellow form with his head having the Taka Head's incredible eyesight, his arms having the wind-firing Tora Claws, and his super-fast Cheetah Legs. In this form, OOO is able to move at blurring speeds. This form was first used on the Neko Yummy to weaken it as so OOO could get out the host within the Yummy's body.

Takatoradol

Takatoradol (タカトラドル, Takatoradoru) is a red/yellow mismatch with the Taka Head's accuracy improvement, the Tora Arms' Tora Claws, and the talon-like attachments of the Condor Legs. It was first used to fight evenly with Uva and the Batta Yummy when he (briefly) lost the Batta Medal.

Takatorata

Takatorata (タカトラタ) is a red/yellow/blue mismatch with the Taka Head's accuracy improvement, the Tora Arms' the Tora Claws, and the Tako Legs' splitting legs and suction cups. It was first used in the first fight against the Pteranodon Yummies.

Takatoragaru

Takatoragaru (タカトラガル) is a mismatch exclusive to the Hyper Battle DVD and Ganbaride. It is accessed through the Taka, Tora, and Kangaroo Medals. This combo gives OOO spring loaded jumps and kicks. When the kangaroo icon on the O Lung lights up, OOO attacks with running kicks while standing upright with a kangaroo tail. Later, this mismatch was lost when Kangaroo Medal disappeared after used.
Takakiriba

Takakiriba (タカキリバ) is a red/green form with his head having the Taka Head's incredible eyesight, his arms having the Kamakiri Swords, and his high-jumping Batta Legs. This is the first mismatch OOO ever used, first appearing in Double Forever to free himself from the Luna Dopant.

Takakirietar (タカキリーター, Takakirītā) is a red/green/yellow mismatch, he is able to combine the accuracy improving powers of the Taka Head, the speed of the Cheetah Legs, and the Kamakiri Arms' Kamakiri Swords. It was used in the first fight against the Ageha Yummy. When its Scanning Charge is activated, OOO uses the Taka Head's accuracy powers to lock on to the enemy, then projects three rings in front of him, which he then charges through with the Cheetah Legs and finally performs a finishing strike with the Kamakiri Swords.

Takagoriba (タカゴリバ) is a red/silver/green form that is accessed through the Taka, Gorilla, and Batta Core Medals. Kamen Rider OOO can use the Taka Head's accuracy-improving powers along with the Gori Bagoon gauntlets of the Gorilla Arms and the jumping abilities of the Batta Legs. He first uses this Combo during the events of Movie War Core, where he fights Nobunaga as the Armored Warrior Inhumanoid. In the series, OOO first used this Combo to fight the Kabuto Yummy until being overwhelmed when the Kabuto Yummy created the Kuwagata Yummy.

Tajadol Combo (タジャドルコンボ, Tajadoru Konbo), also known as the Blazing Combo (炎のコンボ, Honō no Konbo), is Kamen Rider OOO's red combination, using the powers of Ankh's Core Medals: Taka, Kujaku, and Condor. This Combo's primary motif is the Phoenix, often called the king of birds and is a mix of different kinds of birds. In this form, the Taka Head becomes the Taka Head Brave (タカヘッド・ブレイブ, Taka Heddo Bureibu), with the eyes becoming red rather than the usual green, wings protrude from the Taka Head, and the hawk head symbol on the forehead becomes more prominent. The Taka icon on the O Lung also changes from the full form on the Medal to a more pronounced head, appearing to merge the separate designs into the appearance of a bird. As Tajadol Combo, OOO can see far distances, create energy peacock tail feathers to direct at opponents, use the Kujaku Wings to fly, project Core Medal-like energy at its opponents, shoot streams of fire and use the talon-like attachments of the Condor Legs called the Raptor Edges (ラプトルエッジ, Raputoru Ejji). This form is armed with the Taja Spinner that can fire orbs of energy at its opponent. It can also hold a number of Core Medals, enabling him to perform the Giga Scan (ギガスキャン, Giga Sukyan) attack. Tajadol is shown to have an increase in power, speed, and defense, making it the most superior out of the other combos. This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Prominence Drop (プロミネンスドロップ, Purominensu Doroppu), where after sprouting wings from the Kujaku Arms, OOO flies into the air and performs a flying drop kick, with the talons on the Condor Legs splitting apart, on the target. Tajadol Combo was first appeared in Movie War Core where OOO uses this Combo to finish Kamen Rider Core alongside Kamen Rider Double CycloneJokerGoldXtreme then reappeared in the series in episode 20 to fight the Lion-Kurage Yummy. Due to being the Super Combo, its more powerful than the other combos but also more taxing on Eiji to the point that prolonged use will cause him to collapse even before canceling the transformation.
During the final battle, Ankh gives Eiji the last set of his Medals, including the Taka Medal that housed Ankh's consciousness, which was cracked, in order to fight Maki in his Greeed form. When Eiji transforms into Tajadol Combo, Ankh's voice announced the name of the Medals instead of the usual O Scanner voice, and the symbols of the Medals took on Ankh's Greeed form's color scheme. This version of Tajadol was unusually powerful, and when the transformation finished, projected a set of six phoenix wings behind it. Also, Ankh's consciousness actually fought alongside OOO, taking the form of his human form with his Greeed arm.
The spelling "Tajyadol" has been used in printed materials regarding this Combo.
Tajadol Combo's ending theme is entitled "Time Judged All".

Takauba (タカウバ) is a red/blue/green mismatch with the Taka Head's accuracy improvement, the electrified Unagi Whips, and the Batta Legs' jumping ability. This mismatch was first used to get rid of a group of Waste Yummies when OOO tried to defeat the Batta Yummy. A unique power of the Unagi Arms was found through this Combo, as OOO supercharged the Medagabryu in Axe Mode with electricity, allowing OOO to have the ability to finally cleave into the Uni-Armadillo Yummy.

Takauootar

Tamashii Combo (タマシーコンボ, Tamashī Konbo) also known as the Soul Combo (魂のコンボ, Tamashii no Konbo) and the Monster Combo (怪人コンボ, Kaijin Konbo) is an exclusive Combo made up of the Taka, Imagin, & Shocker Core Medals. This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Tamashii Bomber (魂ボンバー, Tamashii Bonbā), which Kamen Rider OOO executes by first gathering energy between his hands, which changes into the symbol of the Shocker Medal. He then launches the symbol at his opponent, and the symbol attaches itself to the chest of the opponent, and as it does, OOO gathers energy in either hand, which form the Taka and Imagin Medal symbols, respectivley, and then launches them at the opponent. The three symbols then merge into the symbol of Tamashii Combo and explodes.
Tamashii Combo only appeared in the film as OOO uses this Combo only once before it was lost forever, when the Shocker and Imagin Medals dissolved away when the timeline was restored.
This form is exclusive to OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders.
Takapanba

Takapanba (タカパンバ) is a mismatch exclusive to Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbaride, used through the Taka, Panda, and Batta Medals. Its Scanning Charge, Panda Giant Storm (パンダ･ジャイアントストーム, Panda Jaianto Sutōmu), is similar to moves used in professional wrestling. It starts with OOO jumping up then crashing into the opponent with a body slam followed by using the Panda Claws to spin an opponent before a backbreaker and flinging the body into the air as it crashes into the ground.
Takagaruba

Takagaruba (タカガルバ) is a mismatch exclusive to the Kamen Rider OOO: Hyper Battle DVD and Ganbaride. It is used through the Taka, Kangaroo, and Batta Medals. This mismatch is armed with the boxing gloves called the Gangan Gloves (ガンガングローブ, Gangan Gurōbu). Its Scanning Charge is the Kangaroo Champion Puncher (カンガルー･チャンピオン･パンチャー, Kangarū Chanpion Panchā). Later, this mismatch was lost when the Kangaroo Medal disappeared after usage.

Gatatoraba (ガタトラバ) is a green/yellow mismatch using the Kuwagata, Tora, and Batta Cores. In this mismatch, Kamen Rider OOO has high jumping abilities with the Batta Legs, wind-backed slashing powers with the Tora Claws, and can release electricity from the Kuwagata Head's horns. It was first used on a quartet of Waste Yummies.

Gatakiriba Combo (ガタキリバコンボ, Gatakiriba Konbo), also known as the Strongest Combo (最強コンボ, Saikyō Konbo), is Kamen Rider OOO's green combination, using the powers of Uva's Core Medals: Kuwagata, Kamakiri, & Batta. As Gatakiriba Combo, OOO can create massive numbers of duplicates of himself known as the Branch Shade (ブレンチシェイド, Burenchi Sheido), shoot lightning from its horns, use the Kamakiri Swords, and jump high up with the Batta Legs. Gatakiriba Combo's jumping height is 10 meters longer than Tatoba Combo, although its punching power is slightly weaker, its weight is 13 kg. stronger than Tatoba Combo. This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Gatakiriba Kick (ガタキリバキック, Gatakiriba Kikku), where after splitting into several duplicates, OOO jumps into the air and performs a series of flying sidekicks on the target. However, Eiji claims it is extremely difficult to revert back to being just a single OOO so that he can cancel the transformation.
In the Movie, OOO used Gatakiriba Combo's Branch Shade ability to duplicate himself, then all but the original switched their medals to make the OOO Combo Clones.
Gatakiriba Combo's ending theme is entitled "Got to keep it real".

Latorartar Combo (ラトラーターコンボ, Ratorātā Konbo), also known as the Scorching Combo (灼熱コンボ, Shakunetsu Konbo), is Kamen Rider OOO's yellow combination, using the powers of Kazari's Core Medals: Lion, Tora, and Cheetah. As Latorartar Combo, OOO can emit an infrared light called the Liodias (ライオディアス, Raiodiasu), which is intense enough to incinerate, use the Tora Claws, and run at high speeds. The Cheetah Legs also enable Latorartar Combo to perform the Revol Spin Kick (リボルスピンキック, Riboru Supin Kikku). Although it sports weaker armor and greater aglity, this Combo is better suited for high speed movement. This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Gush Cross (ガッシュクロス, Gasshu Kurosu), which projects three yellow rings in front of OOO before charging through them with the Cheetah Medal's speed before delievering a cross slash on the target with the Tora Claws infused with the Lion Medal's energy projection. The name of this Combo has been variably written as "Latorartah" and "Latoratar" in various print materials.

Sagohzo Combo (サゴーゾコンボ, Sagōzo Konbo), also known as the Gravity Combo (重力コンボ, Jūryoku Konbo), is Kamen Rider OOO's gray combination, using the powers of Gamel's Core Medals: Sai, Gorilla, and Zou. As Sagohzo Combo, OOO gains superhuman strength and gravity manipulation as well the ability to perform strong headbutts through the Sai Head, able to perform the Bagoon Pressure (バゴーンプレッシャー, Bagōn Puresshā) attack by firing clones of the Gori Bagoon gauntlets from his arms and also create powerful shockwaves by shouting or banging his chest "armor" through the Gorilla Arms, and cause minor earthquakes with the Zou Legs, including a powerful drop attack called the Zuo Stomp (ズオーストンプ, Zuō Sutonpu).
Although Sagohzo Combo is the toughest and strongest of the first five Full Combos, its jumping height is considered to be weaker and it has the slowest running speed. This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Sagohzo Impact (サゴーゾインパクト, Sagōzo Inpakuto), where OOO manipulates gravity to lift him into the air and weights himself down to hit the ground with a powerful stomp, trapping a Yummy in the ground that forms around it while the reformed ground moves toward OOO where he delivers a powerful double handed punch and headbutt at the same time. The damaged ground reforms after the Scanning Charge.
Sagohzo Combo's ending theme is entitled "Sun Goes Up".

Shauta Combo (シャウタコンボ, Shauta Konbo), also known as the Marine Combo (海のコンボ, Umi no Konbo), is Kamen Rider OOO's blue combination, using the powers of Mezool's Core Medals: Shachi, Unagi, & Tako. As Shauta Combo, OOO excels in underwater combat, and gains the ability to liquefy his body like Kamen Rider BLACK RX as the Bio Rider. It is armed with the Denki Unagi Whips which enable electrically charged attacks, the most powerful being the Voltarm Whip (ボルタームウィップ, Borutāmu Wippu). The Tako Legs allow Shauta Combo to climb walls with their suction cup-like abilities and can split apart for a barrage of hits. Shauta Combo is better suited for underwater combat. Its also much weaker than the other combos due to its punching and kicking power, but it has fantastic flexibility. This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Octo Banish (オクトバニッシュ, Okuto Banisshu), where OOO liquefies his lower body to propel himself upward, then use the Unagi Whips to drag the opponent upward while OOO goes back down using the Octo Legs to form a drill to burst through the opponent.

Putotyra Combo (プトティラコンボ, Putotira Konbo), also known as the Invincible Combo (無敵のコンボ, Muteki no Konbo), is Kamen Rider OOO's purple combination. Paring up with the famed Tajadol Combo, Putotyra is easily one of the most powerful Combos in OOO's arsenal, but it will slowly turn him into a mindless beast if he stays in the Combo for too long until OOO manages to gain control of the Purple Cores (if barely), but he still suffers from the physical strain resulting from Combo use, and is still at risk of "letting himself go" if he does not consciously keep control. As a result of the purple Medals residing in his body, Eiji is undergoing a process known as "Greeedification", gradually turning him into a Greeed the longer the Medals are inside him. Putotyra Combo has a power that is capable of destroying or damaging Core Medals. After Eiji gains two more Purple Medals, he can access this form in the usual way or can transform straight into Putotyra while in Greeed form.
Unlike the other combos, Putotyra Combo causes most of the OOO armor to become white and cannot form a mismatch with the other Core Medals, as the purple Medals are made in nature as the antithesis of desire, negating the power of the other Core Medals. The O Scanner announces this Combo by the call "Putotyrannosaurus" (プトティラノザウルス, Putotiranozaurusu) rather than just its name "Putotyra". But, in the toyline, the OOO armor was purple instead of white in the show and can do mix-and-match mismatch with the other Core Medals.
Putotyra's flight speed is faster than Tajadol, has greater jumping height, and its punching and kicking powers are stronger than the other Combos, making the "Invincible Combo" nickname a well-deserved one.
This Combo consists of the dinosaur-based Core Medals: Ptera, Tricera, and Tyranno. As Putotyra Combo, OOO uses wings on the Ptera Head, called External Fins (エクスターナルフィン, Ekusutānaru Fin), to fly, as well as to freeze the opponent with a blast of icy air; the horns on the Tricera Shoulders, called the Wind Stinger (ワインドスティンガー, Uindo Sutingā), which can stretch into various lengths according to Eiji's command; and the claws on the Tyranno Legs, called Legsteranail (レグステラネイル, Regusuteraneiru), to enhance his kicking. He can also combine the thigh armor to form a tail, called the Tail Divider (テイルディバイダー, Teiru Dibaidā), that can give off a devastating blow.
Also, like Tajadol Combo, this Combo has its own weapon; an axe/bazooka-hybrid called the Medagabryu.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Blasting Freezer (ブラスティングフリーザ, Burasutingu Furīzā). When activated, OOO uses his Tricera Shoulders' Wind Stingers to stab his opponents in the shoulders to hold them in place, while he uses his Ptera Head's External Fins to freeze them immediately after, and the Tyranno Legs' Tail Divider to finish them off by smashing them into frozen shards.
After the final battle against the Kyoryu Greeed, the Putotyra Combo was thought to be lost forever when the Purple Core Medals shattered when they reached the event horizon of the Greeed-made black hole, overloading on the emptiness. However, in Super Hero Taisen, this Combo was restored and was back in his control. One theory as to why he has them back is that the Medals he has were the Medals still in the Kyoryu Greed upon his death and had traveled with the other Core and Cell Medals into the future, with Eiji obtaining the Purple Cores along with the other Medals in Movie War Mega Max.

Burakawani Combo (ブラカワニコンボ, Burakawani Konbo) is Kamen Rider OOO's orange combination, using the powers of the reptilian-based Cobra, Kame, and Wani Core Medals. Burakawani Combo is the movie-exclusive Combo in Kamen Rider OOO Wonderful: The Shogun and the 21 Core Medals, but it was "mysteriously" lost after Gara Dragon was destroyed. However, Burakawani Combo reappeared during Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Wizard & Fourze: Movie War Ultimatum.
Burakawani Combo's body is covered in a substance called Soma Venom (ソーマ・ヴェノム, Sōma Venomu), which makes him able to heal instantly after taking any attack. As Burakawani Combo, OOO's eyesight is doubled and gains infra-red vision, use the tutle shell-like Goura Guardner (ゴーラガードナー, Gōra Gādonā), which can be joined together to create an energy shield called the Gora Shielduo (ゴーラシールデュオ, Gōra Shīruduo), and use the Saw Deadscythers (ソウデッドサイザー, Sō Deddosaizā) on his legs to generate an energy crocodile head, which chomps his enemies with every kick.
In addition, he is armed with the Burahngi, which lets him summon a giant cobra from the "ponytail" on the back of his head to attack enemies. Like Putotyra, it would seem that the orange Core Medals cannot perform Random Combos, but this assumption can be forgiven, as the Combo and Cores appeared in only two movies, so it was never confirmed nor denied.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Warning Ride (ワーニングライド, Wāningu Raido), where OOO projects three orange rings in front of him before dashing through them in a foot-first slide before unleashing a powerful kick with the Saw Deadscythers, which generate a giant energy crocodile head to bite through the target.

The Burahngi (ブラーンギー, Burāngī) is a pungi that Kamen Rider OOO can use in Burakawani Combo. When OOO plays a song into the Burahngi, he performs the Cappello Brush (カぺロブラッシュ, Kapero Burasshu), where a giant hooded cobra is summoned from the Cobra Head's "ponytail" to attacks enemies.
The Burahngi only appears in The Shogun and the 21 Core Medals, though oddly, it didn't come as part of the full Combo, but rather, it was a tossed-aside flute in Feudal Japan. How a pungi appeared in Japan is unknown.

Super Tatoba Combo (スーパータトバコンボ, Sūpā Tatoba Konbo) is Kamen Rider OOO's ultimate combo and the evolved form of Tatoba Combo. It was shown in the movies Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie War Mega Max and Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Wizard & Fourze: Movie War Ultimatum, as well as Kamen Rider Wizard's last episode Neverending Story accessed by the Super Medals. The colors of Super Tatoba are inverted compared to the original Tatoba Combo (meaning that he's mostly red, yellow, and green instead of black).
Super Tatoba Combo has the Super Taka Head, similar to the Taka Head Brave while in Tajadol Combo and a pair wings which enables him to fly similar to Putotyra Combo, the longer and sharper Super Tora Solid tri-claws, and the spiked Super Batta Legs. Because the Medals powering this Combo are displaced in time, OOO, like the Super Galaxy King, can stop time to gain the upper hand on his enemies. This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Super Tatoba Kick (スーパータトバキック, Sūpā Tatoba Kikku), which is a more powerful version of the Tatoba Kick.

Though, as mentioned, the purple and orange Core Medals are not compatible with the other sets and thus cannot perform Random Combos, in the OOO Combo Change/Super Imaginative Chogokin toyline, the three parts of the two Combos were designed to be able to attach to the other Medal parts to create various unnamed Random Combos. The Putotyra Random Combo Puudol (Ptera, Unagi, and Condor) also appeared in a Net Movie.

The OOO Armor (オーズアーマー, Ozu Ama) is a form where Decade transforms OOO into armor parts based on the Taka, Tora and Batta Core Medals which attach to Decade's body. In this form, Kamen Rider OOO empowers Decade with Tajadol's wings and parts of Tajadol's helmet, the Tora Claws as battle gauntlets over Decade's gloves and the Batta Legs as armor plating for his feet which enhance his kicking power. The TatToBa emblem attaches itself to Decade's chest which forms body armor that gives Decade armored shoulder plates.

- This Rider's design inspiration is derived from one of the Shotaro Ishinomori's concept art. OOO's specific analogue to this concept art would be the Takagorietar Random Combo, with his bird head being a hawk instead of an eagle.
