Synopsis[]

The Shocker organization seeks to draw Kamen Rider out by letting an prisoner "escape" from the deadly stingers of the Scorpion Man's pet scorpions.

Plot[]

Shocker is revealed to be finishing some of Nazi Germany unfinished projects, such as making monstrous humans with animal traits. The Scorpion Man is deployed...

Shocker also have slaves, who are captured people who weren't chosen by neither to be cyborgs nor Combatmen or technicians. The Great Leader of Shocker is challenging them to get away from the desert base within 10 minutes, so they can be free. As they wear burdens, they hardly manage to approach the exit and now the allotted time came to end, they deploy the "man-eating scorpions" that are scorpions who spray an extremely acid liquid from its sting, making most of the slaves' bodies melt. Only one old man survives and is chosen to be a bait for Kamen Rider 1.

Takeshi Hongo is testing his abilities, understanding how his cyborg body works. Hearing what happened in the radio, Takeshi goes to the place where the slaves died, denying Ruriko's company as it's too dangerous for her. Transforming into Kamen Rider 1, he fights against Shocker minions, and get the old man to his house.

Someone enters Takeshi's house, and it's no one else than Gorou Hayase, a rival and friend of Takeshi. As they didn't see each other for a while, they take time to talk. However, some of the man-eating scorpions and minions enter the house, making everyone in danger. Trying to kill the scorpions, the old man gets sprayed with their acids causing his death. Ruriko gets caught by Shocker minions so Takeshi and Gorou chases them. When questioning the minions, Gorou reveals himself as the Scorpion Man, as he joined Shocker on his own will.

Transforming into Kamen Rider 1, Takeshi fights against Scorpion Man and Shocker minions, as they rapidly hide underground. Kamen Rider 1 just have to crush them by landing on the ground, falling from high rocks. Takeshi finishes Scorpion Man with the Rider Scissors making him fall on a rock, killing him. Now Takeshi goes back home with Rurilko.
