Motobat the 16th (モトバットXVI世, Motobatto Jūrokusei) is an unseen Kivat who is only mentioned as the genius who created Kamen Rider Kiva's Machine Kivaa. He has a reputation as being one of the best craftsmen of the Kivat race.
