Mutsuki Kuroba (黒羽 ムツキ, Kuroba Mutsuki) is Mutsuki Kamijou's incarnation from Kamen Rider Decade.
Fictional character biographyEdit
He is an employee of BOARD, originally Rank King but recently promoted to an Ace who has the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Leangle with the sealed Spider Undead. After he is promoted to Ace and Kazuma is demoted, he starts treating him badly while developing a superiority complex. Mutsuki is the last Rider to lose his Rider System along with Hishigata, learning of Chalice's true identity as he and Hishigata have their life energy used by Hajime to create the Joker card.
Leangle later appears in the World of the Rider War, though it is unclear whether Kuroba survived the incident in his World, or if a new Leangle was chosen. This Leangle was killed by Wataru, grief-stricken over the death of Rising IXA.
Just like the original Leangle, he harnesses the Spider Undead DNA from the ♣A: "Change Spider" Rouse Card, utilizing the Leangle Buckle Rider System to fuse with the Spider Undead's DNA. With the Leangle Rouzer staff, he can "rouse" a sealed Suit-Spade Undead's power to utilize personally or use Proper Blanks to seal the Undead.

The Ace Form is the default transformation of all Rider Systems. Rider System-03 harnesses the DNA of the Spider Undead sealed within the A: "Change Spider" Rouse Card and fuses that Mutsuki via the Leangle Buckle Rider System, transforming him into Kamen Rider Leangle. This Rider form has no distinguishing capabilities or attributes apart from any other Rider except its lancer-oriented design.
- Mutsuki's surname contains a pun to his Kamen Rider identity: if one was to elongate the "roba" kana, it would make the name "Kurōbā" (クローバー), the Japanese spelling of the word "Clover"
