Neptune (ネプチューン, Nepuchūn) is a Neptune-themed monster who killed Jin's father.

Character History[]

Neptune is a representative of G.O.D. who was assigned to invite Keitaro Jin to join the organization. As Jin rejects his invitation, Neptune acts to kill him. Although he has an advantage in the battle with X Rider for a while, his body exploded after receiving X Kick, and the remaining head tried to take the X Rider with him with a neck bomb, but he failed and was the only one who died. Later, Neptune returns as Revived Neptune (再生ネプチューン, Saisei Nepuchūn). Setting his sights on the upcoming "Kamen Rider" talk show, Neptune secretly kidnaps the host and disguises himself.

Once the show starts, a disguised Neptune attempts to slander the five Kamen Riders with ridiculous lies and misinformation. Angered by Neptune's actions, Tachibana and the audience retaliate, driving him away from the talk spot.

Soon afterwards, Tachibana decides to personally tell the audience of each Kamen Rider's heroic acts. Annoyed by this, Neptune argues with Tachibana until Keisuke and the freed host intervene, forcing Neptune to shed his disguise. Joined by Medusa and Chimera, Neptune ambush Keisuke, with Shiro Kazami/Kamen Rider V3 suddenly appearing in front of them.

Proving no match for the two Riders, Neptune and his forces are defeated, though not before providing information for G.O.D. about their enemies. [Special Edition, Full Force of Five Riders!!]

Personality[]

Like many of his allies, Neptune is a ruthless thug that enjoys committing acts of cruelty. While disguised as a storyteller, Neptune openly states his contempt towards the Kamen Riders, belittling them with crude lies as well.

An aquatic cyborg, Neptune could function both in sea and on land.
