Rey Kivat (レイキバット, Rei Kibatto) is an intelligent computer created by 3WA, as well as an artificial Kivat capable of transforming Takato into Kamen Rider Rey. It also blows the Key Fuestle to unseal Kamen Rider Rey's main weapon Gigantic Claw.
Personality
Rey Kivat is calm and passionate, but does not enjoy destroying his enemies, unlike Arc Kivat.
