Ryuzaburo Otomo (大友 龍三郎 Ōtomo Ryūzaburō) is a Japanese voice actor, actor and narrator from Tokyo.

Outside of tokusatsu, he is known as the voice of Sir Crocodile (One Piece), Demon King Dabura (Dragon Ball Z), and Kozo Hoshino (Initial D).

In Kamen Rider Series, he had provide various monsters' voice including Kamen Rider Wizard's ally, WizarDragon in Kamen Rider Wizard and Chinomanako/Chinomanako Diend in Kamen Rider Decade, as part of a crossover with Samurai Sentai Shinkenger.
