Template:Characterinfo Shiin Kazamatsuri (風祭 新, Kazamatsuri Shiin) (aka.Rider Baby), also named Kamen Rider Shin (仮面ライダーシン, Kamen Raidā Shin), is the son of Shin Kazamatsuri and Ai Asuka in the Japanese tokusatsu movie Shin Kamen Rider: Prologue. His Rider form only appeared in the Kamen Rider Shin SIC Hero Saga.

SIC Hero Saga
After several decades, Shiin began to investigate the Foundation by himself. The CIA called him "The Kamen Rider" as his code name. In an accident, he found a destroyed Cyclone and a battle suit. Notes
- Following his father's name literally means "True", Shiin's name is "New" as he is the direct successor of the title Kamen Rider Shin.
- Shiin's rider form is homage to Kamen Rider 1.
- If his S.I.C. Hero Saga story is canon, Shiin is the youngest Kamen Rider ever and no one could break the record because he was a Rider since fetus.
