Other people with a "KMS" vibe[]
It appears to me that there was another KMS following Igor, it's none other than Ryoma Sengoku (Kamen Rider Duke) from Kamen Rider Gaim.

Same as what Nbajammer previously mentioned above. Wiseman is only referred to as KMS by fans, while Igor is officially referred to as such in show.
