Why Ryotaro is a child?Edit

Anyone can explain why Ryotaro on Kamen Rider Den-O Trilogy Episode Red is not played by an adult person but instead a child? Is it because he got the same case like Hana?

I guess you didn't watch the first Cho Den-O movie, the Onigashima one with Decade. That's exactly what happened, but now that the actor Mizoguchi has gotten too old to play a child Ryotaro, there might be someone else taking his place.

Ah that it's because the time distortion. Ok I got it. The weird thing is just I thought all Kamen Riders on Decade have different version not like the original one for example original Kuuga is not the same like Decade Kuuga. I guess maybe Den-O is the only exception. Am I right?

kiva was in den-o's world and kotaro was in oz world. what is it.....
