Teruyo Izumi (泉 照代, Izumi Teruyo) is a patient who suffered by the game illness she got from using Kamen Rider Chronicle Gashat.

History[]

She appears fighting with Charlie Bugster as the Ride-Player, started the game in order to beat Bugsters and revive her son who got Game Over in Kamen Rider Chronicle. She, however, wasn't able to withstand Charlie's attacks and nearly lost to him, only to be saved by Emu Hojo. He and Nico Saiba fought Charlie in her place, beating him and thus terminating her game illness.

Following the demise of Masamune Dan, Izumi was on her bike when she saw Emu speak at a televised press conference by the Ministry of Health. Hearing the name of her son among the list of victims of Kamen Rider Chronicle struck a chord with her. [Endless Game]

To transform into a Ride-Player, a person must activate their Kamen Rider Chronicle Gashat, and press its button again to transform. In this form, all Ride-Players are equipped with the Ride Weapon, which can transform between a sword and a gun.
