I'm curious about Dark Drive's identity too. Besides Chase (as a Roidmude being Protodrive and Chaser). I got a gut feeling Dark Drive may harken to Kamen Rider #4 from the D-Video Special, given the fact it (Dark Drive) is a Rider without a soul.

If you compare Rider #4 to Dark Drive, do these Kamen Riders have something in common? Apart from the temporal phenomena associated to them - Shocker and the evil Krim.
